Information you provide
Contact and case-intake forms may collect your name, email address, subject, incident location, agency, case details, and other information you choose to submit. Form processing may also record submission time and network information used for security and abuse prevention.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to questions, evaluate requested services, communicate scope and pricing, protect the forms from abuse, and operate CaseFile Access.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic and usage. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and referral source. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings.
Browser-local tools
Tools labeled as local process their working data in your browser. Timeline Builder and Response Tracker use browser storage so work can persist after a tab closes. Clearing site data removes that locally stored information. Do not use a shared device for sensitive work unless you clear the saved data afterward.
Service providers and retention
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, and analytics providers that support the site. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational records, security, and applicable obligations.
